K.Kokilamma (Deceased) 1.K.Sailendra Kumar And 2 Others v. A.Murugan And Another

A.Nos.1490 and 1492 of 2024 in TOS No.33 of 2021 and C.S.No.548 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR J., These applications have been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff, K.Kokilamma, 1.K.Sailendra Kumar 2.

K.Madhusudhan, 3. K.R.Vijayalakshmi as a proposed parties 2-4 plaintifs in the above T.O.S.No.33 of 2021 and C.S.No.548 of 2019.

2. Considering the fact that the proposed plaintiffs are the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff and the copy of the legal heir certificate is filed to prove the death of the plaintiff and the death certificate of the plaintiff is also filed to establish that the proposed plaintiffs are the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff, this applications are ordered.

3. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to file a amended copy of the plaint in C.S and T.O.S., by 27.03.2024 and Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
