The above application is filed invoking the provisions of Order I Rule 1 CPC read with Section 151 CPC read with Order XIV Rule 8 of the OS Rules, to grant leave to the applicants to together file a single suit.

2. From a perusal of the contents of the plaint as well as application filed, it is seen that the plaintiffs 3 to 14 / applicants are the relatives and friends of the 1st and 2nd plaintiffs who have all invested in the 1st defendant / respondent firm which amounts have not been repaid and the suit has been filed. All the applicants are jointly aggrieved by the action of the defendant / respondent. The cause of action is similar and also the parties have a commonality of interest.

3. Therefore, this application seeking leave to file the suit jointly is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to number the suit if otherwise in order.
