This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for having willfully disobeyed the order passed by this Court on 05.07.2023, made in W.P.No.10469 of 2020.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents have preferred a writ appeal in W.A.No.3734 of 2024 against the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.10469 of 2020 dated 05.07.2023. When the writ appeal came up for admission before the Division Bench of this Court on 21.12.2024, an order of interim stay has been granted by this Court. 2/4
