The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, as against the order dated 08.06.2019 passed by the District Collector, Salem District. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.06.2019 in accordance with law. No costs.
