N.SATHISH KUMAR, J This application has been filed to permit the applicants/petitioners to amend the Affidavit of Assets in terms of para 7 of the affidavit and amend the value in para 8 of the petition and consequently, direct the Registry to issue fresh Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioners.

2. Heard Mr.K.Jagannathan, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that vide, order, dated 24/2/2020, this Court has allowed the Application No.452 of 2020. While making amendment to the Affidavit of Assets, pursuant to the order, dated 24/2/2020, in Application No.452 of 2020, Registry pointed out that the figures and calculation in the original Affidavit of Assets is

wrong and the same has to be corrected. Hence after corrections, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had filed the instant Application.

4. Having regard to the above, this Court is of the view that amendment is only with regard to set right the correct assets including the entire assets in the petition.

5. Accordingly, instant Application is ordered, as prayed for. 21/12/2020 mvs.

Note: 1. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and post on 11/1/2021.

2. Issue order copy today.
