O R D E R

The petitioner and the respondent have obtained a decree for divorce before Superior Court of Washington, County of King. The petitioner also filed OP to declare that the decree passed by the Superior Court of Washington is fair and valid between the parties and the same is pending as O.S.No.16 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. Before the Family Court, Coimbatore, the respondent has also filed a memo duly attested by the notary at County of King, State 1/4

of Wasington. The trail Court, after receipt of the memo filed by the defendant, has kept the matter pending for a long period. The matter is pending for passing orders from 22.03.2019. Aggrieved over the pendency, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.N.o.16 of 2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
