O R D E R

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 132, 351(3) of BNS @ 121(1) and 109(3) of BNS, in Crime No.201 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, when the petitioner was intercepted by the police based on secret information, he allegedly threatened the de facto complainant with an iron road and fled from the spot. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated in this case. He would submit that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed the grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that there are 25 previous cases pending against the petitioner. 2/4

5. Taking into consideration of the totality of the circumstances and the fact that the petitioner has previous criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
