The petition filed to permit the petitioners 2 to 4 to file CRP challenging the impugned order dated 03.03.2023 made in IA SR No.1577A of 2023 in IA NO.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.68 of 2007 passed by the Additional Sub Court, Ponneri as legal heirs of deceased Mr.Harikrishnan by accepting the cause title given in the CRP, is ordered as prayed for.
