O R D E R
(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Instant Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to produce the person and body of the petitioner's husband Gunasekar, aged about 43 years and minor son Aadhityan, aged about 6 1⁄2 years from the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 5.
2. Heard Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Muniyapparaj for the respondents 3 to 5.
3. This is nothing but an extension of a family dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5.
4. Efforts were also made to resolve the dispute through Mediation Center, attached to the High Court of Madras. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 submitted that proceedings have initiated for divorce.
5. In such a view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending any longer. Accordingly, instant Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, giving liberty to the parties to approach the forum in the manner known to law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar mvs.
