Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Final notice/distraint warrant and sale notice No.35617 dated 01.08.2006 pertaining to Door No.160A, Thazhaiyatham Bazar Street, Santhapet, Gudiyatham issued by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal void ultravires and arbitrary.

The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the property was sold in the year 2012 and hence the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous as nothing survives.
