CMP No.14177 of 2022 in A.S.SR.No.134445 of 2019 R.N.MANJULA,J This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 1004 days in representing the appeal suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly, this application is allowed and the delay of 1004 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
