Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 5th respondent in his proceedings No.Nil dated 21.04.2008 and quash the same and direct the respondents to confer all the consequential benefits including the regularization of service in the time scale as per the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.35, School Education, dated 09.02.2007 wherein the post of vocational teacher has been sanctioned to the petitioner. O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 5th respondent in his proceedings No.Nil dated 21.04.2008 and quash the same and direct the respondents to confer all the consequential benefits including the regularization of service in the time scale as per the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.35, School Education, dated 09.02.2007, wherein the post of vocational teacher has been sanctioned to the petitioner.

2. I heard Mr.S.Mani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.P.Rajendran, appearing for the 5th respondents.

3. It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent that the petitioner is not continuing in his service. Hence, the petition is not maintainable.

4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
