ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) The petitioner is the father of one Ajeez, aged about 19 years. According to the petitioner, his son was studying at Quaide Milleth College for Men at Medavakkam and he is found missing from 11.07.2016. Hence, the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondent police. The respondent police registered a case in Cr.No.2856 of 2016. Despite the same, the respondent police has not taken any steps to secure the detenu so far. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is in progress and the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
are taking effective steps to secure the detenu.
