O R D E R
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.59 of 2009, which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. Today, Mr.D.Suresh Babu, Inspector of Police, Sholinghur, Vellore District, in-charge of Nemili Police Station is present.
4. On 20.10.2016, this Court passed the following order: "Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
ready, charge sheet is ready. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file charge sheet and report to this Court on 14.11.2016, for reporting compliance."
5. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam on 11.11.2016 and the same was returned for certain compliance. He also submitted that the police would comply with the returns and represent the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam within four weeks.
6. Accepting the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent police is directed to file the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
