Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the proceedings of the second respondent dated 30.11.2024, 22.01.2025, 07.04.2025 and 06.02.2025 and consequently permit the petitioner to join duty in shop no.460.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has challenged the suspension order, after hearing the submissions of the Standing Counsel that the enquiry proceedings is in advanced stage and at the stage of passing final order, he restricts his prayer to the extent of fixing some time limit for passing final order.

4.In such view of the submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to pass final orders upon the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner based upon the charge memorandum dated 30.11.2024, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, upon its own merits and in accordance with law.

5.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the suspension period, the petitioner has not been given any subsistence allowance and in this regard, the petitioner has already given representation on 09.06.2025 and such representation is still pending with the respondents. 6.Hence, the respondents are directed to consider the above representation of the petitioner also, upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within the above period. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
