This petition is filed to condone the delay of 135 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 30.10.2023 in S.C.No.276 of 2021 on the file of the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
