This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2023.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that during the UDR scheme, the petitioner's land is wrongly classified as poramboke land. In this regard, the 1/4

petitioner has given a representation on 25.08.2023 to rectify the UDR mistake, the same same has not been considered. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

5. Since the limited relief is sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.08.2023 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
