This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent, to give him armed protection to secure his life and limbs, in pursuant to the complaint dated 24.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in C3/384/11784/16. During enquiry, it came to light that there are civil suits pending between the petitioner and the second respondent. Therefore, the first respondent police has closed the petition enquiry, advising the parties to workout their remedy before the Civil Court. The first respondent has also stated that as and when there is a direction from the Court or from the Revenue Authorities, they would give necessary protection to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
