Comp.A.No.280 of 2021 in CP.No.130 of 1999 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to condone the delay of 2285 days in filing the Claim Petition in File No.1052A/130/1999-Anubhavclaims in CP No.130 of 1999 before the respondent. 2.Heard Ms.L.Aishwarya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Sridhar Pamarthi, learned Official Liquidator for the respondent.

3. A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application clearly indicates that the delay in filing the application is due to bonafide reasons, sufficient cause and unavoidable circumstances. Under these circumstances, the application deserves to be allowed.

4. Accordingly, this Application is allowed. The delay of 2285 days in filing the claim petition before the respondent is hereby condoned.
