2.It appears that the petitioner is working as a Assistant with the Survey and Statistical Inspector in the District Industries Centre, Coimbatore.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner is eligible now been transferred to Tiruchirapalli. It is the case of the petitioner he is eligible https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to be promoted as a Assistant Engineer(Industries). It is further submitted that already few persons have already been promoted and transferred. In this connection, the petitioner has given a representation dated 11.08.2021 which has been duly acknowledged by the 1st respondent.

3.Considering the fact, that the representation has not been disposed till date, this writ petition is disposed without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case by directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 11.08.2021 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
