The learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that after filing of the quash petition, an altered FIR has been filed including provisions of the SC/ST Act, thereby seeks liberty to file a fresh petition. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original petition and he has also sent a requisition letter to The Registrar, dated 09.02.2022, to that effect.

2. In view of the above said requisition letter and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
