C.M.P.No.20827 of 2023 in W.A.SR.No.90111 of 2023 S.VAIDYANATHAN,J., and K.RAJASEKAR,J., On 16.10.2023, this Court, while condoning the delay, imposed a cost of Rs.2,500/- by the petitioner in the form of a cheque drawn favouring "Shri Ghosala Seva Trust", which is to be delivered at No.4, Appavu Gramani III Street, R.A.Puram, Chennai 600 028 (near Suresh Super Market & Opp. BSNL Telephone Exchange) to one Ms. Usha (Mobile No.63801 15822), within a period of two weeks. Since the petitioner has not paid the cost, Registry has not numbered the Writ Appeal and has listed the CMP before this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to pay the cost.
