2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai in E-filing No.LTN20230000809/C202500091.

4. With the abovesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
