These Civil Revision Petitions were earlier listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 20.02.2018 and when the cases were called, there was no representation on the side of the petitioners and it was also recorded that batta has not been paid for service of notice on the sole respondent. Therefore, the cases were posted under the same caption 'for dismissal' today.

3. Today(15.03.2018) when the cases were called, at the first instance at about 11:45 a.m., there was no representation on both sides and therefore, the cases were passed over.

4. When the cases were called once again at about 12:50 p.m., again there is no representation on both sides. Since there is no appearance on the side of the petitioners, the instant C.R.P.'s are dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.8375 of 2003 is closed.
