2. Adverting to the affidavit filed in support of captioned WMP more particularly paragraph 23 thereat, learned counsel for petitioner submits that only an electronic mail communication of the impugned order was received by the petitioner. To be noted, this is part of Faceless Assessment.

3. Be that as it may, the impugned order has been downloaded from the website and hard copy of the print out has been filed.

4. The narrative thus far, leaves this Court with the opinion that there is good reason to accede the dispense with prayer.

5. Captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.
