This petition is filed to dispense with the decree passed in C.R.P. (NPD) No.41 of 2022 for the present in the above review application.

2.The Review Petitioner is required to produce a certified copy as and when he obtains the same.

3.Learned counsel submitted that he has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing his Review Application.

4.The Registry is required to attend to that application if it is in order.
