Prayer in C.R.P.Nos.2681 of 2023 : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned VIII Assistant City Civil Court at Chennai to dispose the I.A.No. 6 of 2023 in O.S.No.2857 of 2023 within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court and pass orders.

( In both the C.R.Ps) For Petitioner :Mr.S. Arunkungumarai COMMON ORDER These petition have been filed seeking a direction to the learned VIII Assistant City Civil Court at Chennai to dispose the I.A.Nos. 2 and 6 of 2023 in O.S.No.2857 of 2023 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The case is of the year 2023 and the petitioner has approached this Court immediately after filing of the above O.S. Hence, this Court is of the view that if this petition is allowed it amounts to opening the Pandora box and it will be a wrong precedent, which this Court is not inclined to do and no reason for filing this petition for early disposal.

3. Accordingly, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be 2/4

granted by this Court and these Civil Revision petitions deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly these Civil Revision petitions are dismissed. No order as to costs.
