These miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners by order dated 11.07.2022, wherein the petitioners were directed to appear before the third respondent police everyday at 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

Considering the reasons stated in the petitions and since the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners, while granting bail, by order dated 11.07.2022.

Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in 15 days for a period of three months and thereafter once in a month preferably first week of every month at 5.30 p.m. until further orders. 23.08.2022 cgi https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
