ORDER

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to pass an order on the basis of enquiry held on 08.01.2025 pursuant to the representation dated 12.05.2025 wherein, a request was made to cancel Patta standing in the name of the petitioners in respect of Plot No.A4 in S.No.63 and TS.No.63 with Old S.No.102/1A1A1A1A1A1A1A1BP within Oraggadam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the order has been passed on 04.04.2025 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. 4.It is open to the petitioner if aggrieved to challenge the order dated 04.04.2025 in the manner known to law. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
