This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18306 of 2022, that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur instead of reporting before the Inspector of Police, City Police Station, Hosur twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m for period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
