ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Sunder Mohan J.) This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to fix an early date for hearing of the above Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition in HCP No. 2707 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought for early disposal of the above HCP, seeking quashment of the detention order since the detenu is a lady aged 20 years and is now confined in prison along with her 11⁄2 year-old child.

3. The learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl.Side), on instructions, confirms that the reason stated by the petitioner is true.

4. Considering the above fact and the facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to allow this petition and hear the main HCP on its merits.
