Crl.OP.No.19264 of 2022 Crl.O.P.No.19264 of 2022 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.07.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 307 of IPC in Crime No.437 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, due to previous enmity, the petitioners had attacked the de-facto complainant and his wife with hands and sickle. Hence, the complaint.

3. It is a land-lord tenant dispute, in which the petitioners attacked the victims to vacate the premises. In fact, the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital.

4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 16.08.2022 mpl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
