ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2026.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed as Tamil Pandit at Papanasam Labour Welfare Association Higher Secondary School, Vikramasingapuram on 29.06.1990. Thereafter, he was regularised during the year 1992-1993. Subsequently on 31.07.2009, he was terminated from service, based on the order dated 31.07.2009 passed by this Court. Since the petitioner is eligible to receive pension, he made a representation dated 29.04.2026, to the respondents seeking pension for which no orders has been passed. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court seeking the aforesaid relief.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2026, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
