This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 05/05/2020 and reminder representation dated 28/11/2020 to measure the boundaries bearing S.No.216/1B admeasure 1000 square feet of land which is situated in Narasingapuram Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District belongs to the petitioner as per Revenue Records belongs to the petitioner. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 05.05.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for the survey of the property and for marking the boundaries.

2. Mr.A.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has fixed a date for enquiry on 28.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry and take a decision with regard to survey of the property within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
