ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2018 and

20.04.2019 submitted with regard to survey the petitioner's land by meets and bounds, to an extent of 856 1⁄2 sq.ft vide Patta No.1755 comprised in Survey No.100/2, in Kurichi Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore District, by making property subdivision. 2.

Heard Mr.A.Sathishkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and adjacent owners if any and pass orders to survey the land to an extent of 856 1⁄2 sq.ft vide Patta No.1755, comprised in Survey No.100/2, in Kurichi Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already surveyed.
