Mr.R.Jayaprakash COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking to clarify in common order dated 17.08.2023 passed in W.P.Nos.8350 of 2018 & 23821 of 2023 to the effect that

there was no settlement to receive only 50% of the back wages and consequently dismiss W.P.Nos.8350 of 2018 & 23821 of 2023.

2. Though these petitions have been filed solely on the ground that the petitioner/workman has not given any consent to receive only 50% backwages, however, this Court, after hearing the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner herein and with their consent alone, had ordered for 50% backwages in favour of the petitioner. Hence, this Court is of the view that no clarification is required. However, if at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he may pursue the legal remedies in accordance with law.
