ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to count his past service in Private Aided School Service from 14.09.1990 to 29.09.1996 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.536, Education and Public Health Department dated 13.04.1966 and G.O.Ms.No.1580, School Education Department, dated 18.10.1969 and G.O.Ms.No.1072, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (F.R.III) Department, dated 31.10.1986, to refix the salary of the petitioner from 30.09.1996 onwards and pay all benefits including revision of pension from 06.01.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of G.O.Ms.No.536, Education and Public Health Department dated 13.04.1966 and G.O.Ms.No.1580, School Education Department, dated 18.10.1969 and G.O.Ms.No.1072, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (F.R.III) Department, dated 31.10.1986, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
