This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 13.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13022 of 2023 to stay at Poonamalle and report before the Inspector of Police, Poonamalle Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were directed to stay at Poonamalle and report before the Poonamalle Town Police Station. He would further submit that the petitioners belong to agricultural family and they have no means to come and stay at Poonamalle. Thereby, the present petition has been filed seeking for modification.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners have not been complied with the order passed by this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as is modified to the effect that " the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
