This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.O.P.No.12938 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
