The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for for the records of the impugned final list dated 23.09.2021 issued by the second respondent on 28.09.2021 in respect of posts of Junior Assistant/Field Surveyour/Village Administrative Officer included in combined Civil Services Examination-IV (Group-IV) for the years 2018-2019 and 2019-2020, and quash the same as illegal in so far as not including the petitioner registration Number "3104006321" consequently direct the respondents to select the petitioner as Junior Assistant and appoint his in the post of Junior Assistant/Field Surveyour/Village Administrative Officer included in the Combine Civil Service Examination-IV (Group-IV) for the years 2018-2019. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has been selected and the selection order was forwarded to the Head of the Department on 08.06.2023 and the individual copy has also been sent to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also acknowledged the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 24.07.2023 vm Index :
