This Petition been filed to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 & 5 and he has no objection to this Petition.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 72 days is condoned.

4.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if they are otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
