ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 09.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.10905 of 2023.

2. Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 09.02.2024, the authorities have initiated action to demolish the objectionable wall constructed by the authorities. The District Collector, Chengalpet filed a compliance report stating as follows:

'11. It is humbly submitted that, in due compliance with the above directions of this Hon'ble Court, the compound wall constructed in the petitioner's property was completely removed on 25.09.2025, and the property was restored to the petitioner in its original condition.'

3. In view of the report filed by the District Collector, Chengalpet, the contempt petition stands closed.
