Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2019 and consequently direct them to disburse the amount of Rs.17,80,384/- with further interest accrued thereon, which is payable on the fixed deposit amount of Rs.2,29,36,702/- to the Sub Court, Ponneri in LAOP No.163 of 2015.

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2019 and consequently direct them to disburse the amount of Rs.17,80,384/- with further interest accrued thereon, which is payable on the fixed deposit amount of Rs.2,29,36,702/- to the Sub Court, Ponneri in LAOP No.163 of 2015.

2. Without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2019 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
