The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections DV Act, 2005 in Crime No. not known of 2016 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that there is neither a case registered, nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and the presence of the petitioner is not at all required in this case.

Side) is recorded. Hence, the petition is liable to be dismissed and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
