Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time to the petitioner for surrender and executing the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.11410/2018 dated 21.08.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.KARUPPAIYA MOOPPANAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. B.ARULMOZHIMARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner detained under Act 14, he has prisoned till June 2019. Accordingly, he filed petition to grant extension of time for surrender and executing the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.11410 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018.
