Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.118 Housing and Urban Development Department dated 04.07.2017 and quash the same and direct the third respondent not to collect rents from the petitioner on the basis of impugned order dated NTR7/7168/2020 dated 29.01.2020 the rent fixed on the basis of G.O.Ms.No.118, Housing and Urban Development dated 04.07.2017 as the said Government Order is not applicable to the "Public Allottees".
