Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2021, consequently grant the claim amount of Rs.1,62,210/- (One Lakh Sixty Two Thousand Two Hundred and Ten Only) towards the Medical expenses of the petitioner's Mother Mrs.Manikavalli incurred by the petitioner as per the Government New Health Insurance Scheme.

O R D E R

The petitioner has applied for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by the petitioner for a treatment undergone by the petitioner's mother Mrs.Manikavalli at hospital. The petitioner appears to have filed a claim petition for reimbursement for a sum of Rs.1,62,210/-. It is submitted that despite an application for reimbursement of the same, the respondents have not process the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that the petitioner's written representation dated 19.08.2021 will be considered in the light of G.O.Ms.No.241 Finance (Salaries) department, dated 24.08.2016 and G.O.Ms.No.160 Finance (Salaries) department dated 29.06.2021. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider the written representation of the petitioner's dated 19.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders in the light of the above mentioned G.Os., within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
