After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this Court was about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also has made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
