This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of 3 months given to the learned Fast Track Court III (Metropolitan Magistrate) Saidapet, Chennai-15, to disposed the case in C.C.No.2414/2015 on the file of Fast Track Court-III, (Metropolitan Magistrate), Saidapet, Chennai-15 in the order dated 19.11.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.24954 of 2018 to a further period of 6 months.

2.The time granted by this Court is extended for a further period of three months. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

3.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.
