O R D E R
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the wrongful entry in Revenue records classifying the land admeasuring 2.96.0 Hectares comprised in S.Nos.27/1, 27/3, 27/4 situated at Perumanam Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk and District as Panchami Tharisu or Depressed Class Land and issue appropriate clarification certificate by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2024
2. According to the petitioner, the said property was purchased by his father Govindasamy by virtue of registered sale deed dated 01.02.1950. Even during the life time of petitioner's father, there was a partition between him and sons on 12.11.1990 and the subject property was allotted to the share of the petitioner. The online patta for land mentioned above was in the name of the petitioner. However, the respondents made a wrong entry in the revenue documents, as if the above said land is 2/5
Panchami Tharisu meant for allotment to persons belonging to Depressed Class. Therefore, the petitioner submitted his representation dated 27.05.2024 seeking removal of the wrong entry in the revenue documents by considering the petitioner's title documents and patta issued in the name of the petitioner. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on it's own merits within time fixed by this Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
